AC Power High Back Pressure Type Large Volume rate Hydrogen Diaphragm Compressor

Hydrogen diaphragm compressor is a special type of volumetric compressor with a structure that increases the pressure of hydrogen by decreasing its resulting volume of compressed hydrogen or other gases. The diaphragm principle ensures oil- and leakage free compression with excellent product purity. Hydrogen Diaphragm compressors operate best under continuous load situation. And the diaphragm compressor technology perfectly fits for delivering hydrogen at discharge pressures from 350 to 550 bar.

A diaphragm hydrogen compressor is a device used to compress hydrogen and is usually used in hydrogen storage and delivery systems in the hydrogen energy field.

ZDHS designs / manufactures high pressure process gas diaphragm compressors including hydrogen compressors and hydrogen fueling. Our diaphragm compressors are suitable for compressing hydrogen, helium, argon, ethylene, fluorine, hydrogen sulfide, chlorine, monosilane, or nitrogen gases. The GZ and GL type hydrogen diaphragm compressors are suitable for hydrogen stations, hydrogen filling and others. It can ensure that a high purity of 99.999%, capable of delivering up to around 2000 Nm³/h of hydrogen in a single unit at a pressure of 100 MPa

G4 is a large size diaphragm compressor, the volume flow rate is from 3 to 600 NM³/h, or higher if needed.
